WELLNESS SIGNATURE
No two people are alike
A wellness signature is the thousands of biomarker data points, that collectively, are unique to each individual. These biomarkers are obtained through basic blood and urine tests, more advanced blood testing, and through test kits and are the building blocks to identifying if an unwell state is on the horizon or if there is an unwell state actively brewing. These building blocks are also important to identify which particular foods, herbs, medicine matches this signature. This testing is either available through a clinician or directly to the consumer and this data is then available to the patient/consumer. The hard part is then to connect the very complex network of this big data and requires multiple lenses to connect the biomarker points. This is where Well One comes into play.
Clinicians can help in building fragments of a wellness signature, using test kits that provide information along specific biochemical pathways. However, this data is so big even for the most skilled data clinician and requires many hands on deck to be making super-biomarker connections tailored to each individual's biology.
Functional Medicine clinicians, in particular, have been using this bigger type data for about 30 years now and are the most equipped to be connecting the biomarker data points. However, they all have their own biomarker pattern niche and maybe from the billion patterns that exist in the world they may only know a particular pattern very well. This will then lead to interventions in that particular pattern to be successful for the majority of their patients in that particular bio-pattern . Finding your superclinicans is a very difficult task as understanding your pattern comes first. Well One equips you to understand your pattern so you can find the right clinician for your biomarker pattern.
Well One teaches on how to obtain genetic testing and helps teach how to build maps so you can then build your own map to quickly see your pattern.
Building of these maps come from genetic data, blood tests, microbiome, and biochemical test kits. Even data from 23 and me, Ancestry.com etc. can be used to build your wellness signature. This helps identify what foods/herbs are right for your individual makeup. Well One helps you navigate this biomarker landscape.

The biomarker world is exploding and many are buying biological test kits and/or going to their clinicians for testing. It is important to understand this landscape because not all test kits are the same and the data obtained is so very complex that it requires many scientific lenses to be looking at the data. Patients have been navigating on their own to learn about their conditions and data and now they don't have to be alone in this learning process.

QUESTIONS FOR OPTIMAL TESTING
Ten important questions to be asking yourself and your clinician for the most optimal testing and the best clinician match for your individual needs.

How does this work
* Ten important personalized questions. Request ten questions for your personal condition
Fee $10
PERSONALIZED SCIENTIFIC REPORTS
A personalized report can help the clinician and the individual identify which markers are important to test for. It's a one-two page evidence based report encompassing which genes, microbiome, proteins, labs metabolites like hormones etc..should be looked at to ensure maximum efficacy and safety in a particular condition. This will allow for the clinician to spend more time focusing on the patient rather than trying to connect the dots. This patient clinical science triad is the key to a clinical success and is missing in many clinical practices due to lack of resources the clinician may have to put the extra time or pay a scientist to do the deep scientific dive.

How does this work
* Send in the condition or biomarkers in question. Examples of conditions can be joint health, immune health, GI health, Nervous system health. Biomarkers can include genes, hormones, basic markers etc...
* The report will be generated on what biomarkers are important for that particular condition or biomarkers and matches interventions to biomarkers. See example here.

* Benefits the information is at your fingertips and will allow you to stay focused on your care instead of trying to figure it all out. You have a framework to work around which will quickly allow you to understand critical things important for your care and will enable a more informed collaboration with your clinician.

BIOMARKERS MULTI-OMICS
From Theory to Reality
MULTI-OMIC MARKERS (GENOMIC-PROTEOMIC-METABOLOMIC-MICROBIOME)
Genomic
Genetic markers can help guide nutritional advice, susceptibility to toxins, hormonal/neurotransmitter/immune function and much more. There are comprehensive genomic kits available to the general public to identify specific SNPs. It is important to note that a genetic mutation is not always expressed therefore phenomic testing is more clearly representative of cellular health.

Phenomic (proteome & metabolome)
Genes will produce proteins and proteins will then process metabolites. If a protein is misbehaving due to a SNP or a faulty expression it may affect hormones, neurotransmitters etc.. and may lead to an unwell state. Protein and metabolite testing is available on a small scale, thus we refer to it small scale-omic data.

Microbiome
Microbiome markers are important for many things such as response to various health interventions, immune system, emotional, hormonal balance, inflammation status, etc... Microbiome test kits are also available to the public.

Blood Tests
Blood tests like hormones, glucose, liver enzymes, WBC, RBC etc..are also part of the omic signature map and can provide good clarity for next steps in terms of further testing, personalized prevention measures etc.. if approached the comprehensive way. Well One teaches how to look at basic markers using comprehensive lenses to catch things before they fire up.

OTHER MARKERS
Other important markers for the wellness signature are the presence of heavy metals, chemicals, vitamin/mineral and allergy components. Basic blood work trended over time is extremely useful in leading to predictions of wellness status.

These markers are available through basic lab testing and commercially available kits

CONNECTING THE DOTS
Connecting the multi-omic biomarker dots requires strong computational algorithmic power. Well one's lessons prepares the student to understand how the dots connect, enabling a personalized health and wellness action plan based on the students' personal omic map. This empowers the student to ask well informed questions when collaborating with their clinicians.

ABOUT US
We are professionals with degrees in conventional medicine, herbal medicine, molecular biology and genetics. Our focus of research is multi-omics, a comprehensive network of biomarker data points and the future of medicine.

Our previous lab research work was based in oncology where our focus was building a proteomic network.
Our omic knowledge allowed us to identify clinics that offer omic testing and to identify biomarker community networks. As a result we have built a resource data base for cancer and working on databases for all other conditions.

OUR STORY AND WHY THE NEED
Our journey with cancer and various conditions led to further training in the health and sciences which allowed us to see the missing pieces in wellness and personalized care.

The need to educate individuals in this new way of big data omic medicine is very important as this is the future of medicine and it is very precise to each individual. Although this type of big data omic medicine is not currently available on a clinical level, smaller data type of omic medicine has been practiced by clinicians over the last 30 years, which can provide invaluable direction to the patient and to future big omic initiatives.

The student will learn the tools to study their multi-omic signature, how to connect the very complex omic dots and resources to start their omic testing process. Obtaining this knowledge will allow for the patient to ask their clinician more informed questions which will minimize costs and more importantly save time.
To achieve, through education and investigation, the highest level of optimal care by matching solutions to individualized bio-maps

Goals:
Our primary goal is comprehensive bio-marker multi-omic education enabling matched bio-map solutions to emerge.
